SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates are only inclusive to the lower 48 states.  We reserve the right to withdraw orders where our shipping terms are not allocated.  Carriers include , but are not limited to, United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service. Items returned to us due to Undeliverable Addresses or Unclaimed For will incur a fee and subject to return shipping fees if required. Please contact us if special needs are required.

Orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours, but may exceed to 48 hours within the business week.

For APO/FPO and PO BOX addresses, please contact our customer service department to receive further instructions.


RETURNS

Our goal here at Finnex is to make sure that you and your customers are completely satisfied with our products. We take pride in the quality of our products and offering great customer service is of our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to assist you in returning your products in question.  If your customer needs attention pertaining to any Finnex product or Finnex Warranty, customer must contact Finnex directly using the support tab on the left of the homepage.

 

Returns and refunds: Items in new, unopened, and resell-able condition will be considered for a complete refund of the product only.  A restocking fee will also incur.  Shipping fees to and from the seller are not refunded and are at the will of the buyer.  It is recommended to include tracking and insurance with your return as we are not liable for lost of damaged units.  Please contact us for our return procedure and to obtain the correct forms.  Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. 

 

 Damaged Goods Policy
All damages are to be claimed within five days with Finnex. All evidence must be kept. Evidence may be requested to be sent back.
