Our goal here at Finnex is to make sure that you and your customers are completely satisfied with our products. We take pride in the quality of our products and offering great customer service is of our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to assist you in returning your products in question.


Returns and refunds: Items in new, unopened, and resell-able condition will be considered for a complete refund of the product only.  A restocking fee will also incur.  Shipping fees to and from the seller are not refunded and are at the will of the buyer.  It is recommended to include tracking and insurance with your return as we are not liable for lost of damaged units.  Please contact us for our return procedure and to obtain the correct forms.  Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Damaged Goods Policy
